Our Independent Role

This is a private reference website. It is not part of the Grant County Sheriff's Office, Grant County Detention Center, Kentucky Department of Corrections, Kentucky Court of Justice, or any federal agency. No official booking, jail, court, immigration, or corrections record is stored here. Site operators cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, approve a release, change an official record, accept a filing, or give instructions on behalf of an agency.

The site points visitors toward government record systems and public resources serving Grant County. It may also connect users with outside research tools. Those links are provided for navigation and do not turn an outside provider into an agent of this site.

Acceptable Site Use

Access is offered only for lawful, respectful use. By using the site, you agree that you will not:

• Violate any local, Kentucky, federal, or other applicable law.
• Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person.
• Rely on site content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
• Attempt to enter accounts, systems, servers, or restricted areas without permission.

No Consumer Reports

Grant County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency as that term is defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare or provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Advertising and search partners available through the site do not offer screening services on the site's behalf. You agree not to use any information reached through this site for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, retention, or any other employment decision.
• Tenant selection, lease approval, housing access, or eviction screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, debt decisions, or insurance premiums.
• Professional licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program.
• Any other decision or purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Websites Beyond Our Control

Links may lead to sheriff and jail websites, public rosters, booking interfaces, Kentucky corrections resources, court portals, legal-aid information, federal or immigration systems, and outside search providers. Each destination controls its own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. A link is not an endorsement or a promise that the destination is accurate, complete, secure, or online. Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. No promise is made that:

Custody status, charges, release information, and court records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from GCSO, Grant County Detention Center, KY DOC, a court, or another government office. Verify a record with the agency that created or maintains it.

Ownership and Reuse

Unless a different owner is identified, the site's original text, graphics, logos, page design, and code belong to Grant County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, modify, or create derivative works from that material without prior written permission. Government records and third-party materials remain subject to their own ownership and use rules.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the version then in effect, so review this page periodically.

Suspension or Revoked Access

Access to any part of the site may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This includes access restricted because of suspected misuse, security concerns, excessive automated requests, or violation of these terms.

Kentucky Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to rules that would select another jurisdiction's law. Any dispute concerning these terms or use of the site must be brought in a court of proper jurisdiction within Kentucky.

If One Term Fails
